With your permission, we will gain access to the files and folders on your device, which includes the ability to read, write, and delete. We will not collect or upload the contents of your files or folders, and all operations will be performed solely on your device.

5. Camera and Photos

With your permission, we will gain access to the camera and photos on your device, including the ability to read, write, and delete. We will not collect or upload the contents of your camera or photos, and all operations will be performed solely on your device. Any images or photos you use may become part of your creative data, but they will not be collected externally.

6. Subscriptions

8. Creative Data Synchronization and Storage

User's Device: When you use the app, a local database is created on your device to store your creative data. This data cannot be remotely accessed or collected by us.
CloudKit: We use CloudKit, a service provided by Apple, to synchronize your creative data. This data is stored only in your iCloud account and can only be accessed through your devices. We cannot access or control the data stored in CloudKit, and you can manage synchronization through iCloud settings.
Cloud Document: If you choose to use the Cloud Document backup feature, your document data will be stored in iCloud. We cannot access or control these backup files.

The creative data on your device and through Apple services is not collected by us, nor are we responsible for its security.

9. Data Protection and Security

We take reasonable security measures to protect your data, including:

Encrypted Transmission: Using SSL encryption technology to ensure secure data transmission between your device and cloud services.
Data Control: You have full control over your data storage and synchronization, and can manage your data anytime via iCloud settings.

While we make every effort to ensure the security of your information, internet transmission cannot be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You should understand and accept the risks of transmitting data over the internet.

However, since your data is stored and synchronized via Apple CloudKit, you need to manage, view, or delete CloudKit data through your iCloud settings. You can manage synchronization data in iCloud settings on your device, or contact Apple Support for assistance in deleting synchronized content.

12. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we discover that we have unintentionally collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, we will take immediate steps to delete such information. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
